Simployer Classic is a message-based system. Simployer Classic sends standard notifications when an activity requires action. You cannot change the text or settings for these notifications.
When does Simployer Classic send daily notifications?
An administrator can set the time for daily notifications in System settings.
Applications, such as vacation requests, are sent immediately when submitted. They do not follow the daily notification time.
How can an administrator check whether Simployer Classic sent a notification?
Administrators do not have access to an email log in Simployer Classic. Contact Customer Support for help checking the Simployer logs and email logs.
