Clear cache and cookies in Chrome, Edge Chromium, or Firefox to resolve some login or display issues in Simployer.

Clear cache and cookies in Google Chrome

1. Open Chrome. If Chrome is already open, finish any work first to avoid losing unsaved changes.

   Note: Clearing cookies and temporary files may sign you out of applications.

2. Click the three vertical dots in the upper-right corner of the browser.
3. Click More tools → Clear browsing data.
4. In the pop-up window, select the Advanced tab. Make sure that only the recommended options are selected.
5. Click Clear data. When Chrome has finished, close and reopen the browser.

You have now cleared the cache and cookies in Google Chrome.

Clear cache and cookies in Edge Chromium

1. Open Edge. If Edge is already open, finish your work first.

   Note: Clearing cookies and temporary files may sign you out of websites or applications.

2. Click the three horizontal dots in the upper-right corner.
3. Select History → Clear browsing data.
4. In the pop-up window, select All time as the time range, especially if you have never cleared the data before. Make sure that only the first four checkboxes are selected. This prevents you from deleting data such as saved passwords.
5. Click Clear now. When Edge has finished, close the browser completely and reopen it.

You have now cleared the cache and cookies in Edge Chromium.

Clear cache and cookies in Firefox

1. Open Firefox. If Firefox is already open, finish your work first.

   Note: Clearing cookies and cache may sign you out of some accounts.

2. Click the three horizontal lines in the upper-right corner.
3. Select Settings.
4. Click Privacy & Security.
5. Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data.
6. Make sure that both checkboxes are selected, then click Clear.
7. When the process has finished, close and reopen Firefox.

You have now cleared the cache and cookies in Firefox.
