Where can you find activity logs in Simployer Classic?

• System administrators can go to Administration → User Administration → Activity Logs
• Personnel administrators can open the person's page and go to Profile → Activity Log

What do activity logs in Simployer Classic show?

Activity logs show changes to personal data during the last 12 months:

• When: The date and time of the change
• Employee: The person affected by the change
• Changed by: The administrator, system, or other source that made the change
• Category: The type of information that changed, such as personal information, email, or next of kin
• Value: What was changed or updated

What are the limitations of activity logs in Simployer Classic?

Activity logs cover only the last 12 months and show changes only for active people in Simployer. Activity logs include only data for which changes are recorded.
