Troubleshoot login problems in Simployer Classic
If an employee cannot log in:
- Check whether the employee has access to Simployer. Search for the employee’s profile, and click Settings → Roles in the top menu. If the employee does not have access, click + and add Simployer. You can also add access to other applications here, such as Handbooks and Deviations.
- Verify that the employee is logging in with the correct account. This is especially relevant for new employees who may have had a Simployer account with a previous employer.
- Ask the employee to click Forgotten password on the login page. Alternatively, a personnel administrator or system administrator can send the login information from the employee’s profile. Click the circle next to About me at the top of the profile, and select Send login information.
