How do I change the user on my Simployer Expert subscription?
You can change which person is linked to your Simployer Expert subscription — for example, if someone leaves your organization or the subscription needs to be transferred to someone else.
Important
Offboarding an employee in Simployer One does not automatically remove or transfer their Simployer Expert subscription. If the employee had Expert access, you must contact Simployer support separately to have it removed or transferred.
To request a user change on your Simployer Expert subscription, contact Simployer support with the following information:
- Customer name
- Customer number
- Name of the person to be removed
- Name, email address, and phone number of the new person
Note
Once Simployer support has received this information, the user on your Simployer Expert subscription will be updated.

How do I merge multiple user accounts in Simployer Expert?
If you have multiple user accounts with Simployer Expert, Simployer support can merge them for you.
Important
Simployer cannot merge usernames that are connected to different customer numbers.
