Important rules for role sets in Simployer Classic

RuleDescription
EditingYou cannot edit an assigned role set directly. To remove individual roles, remove the entire role set and then add the required roles individually.
Changes and removalWhen an administrator changes or removes a role set, the role set is automatically updated or removed for everyone to whom it was assigned.
DuplicatesA role set is added to the person's existing roles. If the person already has roles that are also included in the role set, duplicates are created. You must remove these duplicates manually.
Multiple levelsIf a role set needs to contain roles at different levels of the organization, you must create separate role sets.
