Generating a Candidate Privacy Policy
As a Recruitment Account Owner, you need to generate a Privacy Policy before you, or anyone else in your company, can publish a job. This is the Privacy Policy which your candidates agree to when they apply to an open job role, ensuring that you are holding their data in a GDPR compliant manner.
To generate a policy for your organisation, go to Settings - Data & Privacy - Privacy Policy.
From here you will need to enter the following mandatory information:
- Company Name
- Account Owner
- Contact Number
- Address
Click 'Generate Policy' so you can preview the populated Privacy Policy. If happy, agree to the Terms and Conditions and hit save.
Regenerating a Recruitment Privacy Policy for your organisation
If any of your details change and you need to regenerate a Privacy Policy for your organisation, you can do this by going to Settings - Data & Privacy - Privacy Policy and clicking 'Regenerate Policy' in the bottom right hand corner. From here you can follow the process of 'generating a Recruitment Privacy Policy for your organisation'.
