Getting Started with the Competence Feature in Simployer One

The Competence feature in Simployer One empowers you to identify, assess, and develop the key skills your organization needs—today and in the future. Whether you’re an HR administrator, manager, or employee, this guide will help you make the most of the feature from day one.

Why We Built the Competence feature

Supporting employee growth and aligning skills with business needs is a core HR priority. With Competence, we aim to make it easy for you to track, assess, and develop the skills of your workforce—so you can build the right team for today and tomorrow.
