Integrating job boards with Recruitment

At the final stage of creating a job – Sharing – you can also choose to publish the job on a number of job boards.  Currently, you can automatically post your advert to any of the free job sites we are directly integrated with - Adzuna, Jooble, CareerJet and Google Jobs.

Simply toggle on any of the free job boards where you would like your advert to appear:

The advert will then automatically pushed through XML feed to be posted on the job site, and your applicants will appear under Applied in your job kanban, tracked through to the job board where they arrived. Only Account Owners and Admins can do this for every role, while Job owners can only do this for roles they own.

Note: Once you've toggled these on, it is down to the job board to 'scrape' for new jobs and add to their sites when found. Each job board will 'scrape' at different times, and Recruitment doesn't control this. Generally, it takes 24-72h for the jobs to be posted on the free job boards after they have been added, but this can vary. 

Closing a job advert

To close an advert from one of these sites, go to Jobs and select the three dots to the right of the job in question. Select “Edit” from and then confirm, then select “Sharing” to get through to the Job Sharing page, where you will be able to disable the toggles and save. 

Note: The jobs will not be immediately taken down from these boards but will be removed from the next 'scrape' for jobs which is usually within 24 hours depending on the provider.
