What is a document expiration date in Simployer One?

An expiration date on a Simployer One document is a reminder for the people who have Write access to the document. Simployer One sends notifications before and on the expiration date.

An expiration date doesn’t delete, archive or hide the document. The document stays where it is, with the same access settings. Use expiration dates to flag documents that need review or renewal, such as contracts, certificates or policies.
