We have released a new and improved dashboard to all administrators and managers on May 19th.

A more insightful dashboard
Your dashboard now gives you a high-level overview of the most important activities and results — making it easier to stay informed and take action faster.
Personalization for every role
Whether you’re an HR admin, team leader, or employee, we know your priorities differ. That’s why the new dashboard is customizable. This update has been released for administrators and managers first, and later the functionality will be available for employees.
You can now:
- Arrange tiles based on what matters most to you
- Resize tiles to control the level of detail
- Add or remove tiles to suit your workflow
Quick access to group data
Say goodbye to long dropdown menus! You can now select up to 5 favorite groups and easily switch between them for faster access to relevant insights.
Enhanced NPS analysis
A brand-new widget is dedicated to NPS, giving you:
- The latest NPS score, including thresholds for poor, good, very good, and exceptional
A breakdown of scores (0–10) or distribution by promoters, passives, and detractors — depending on the tile size you choose
