This is often due to you having multiple user profiles in our learning platform, and that you have logged in with the wrong username. Try the following:
Log out completely from your user profile
Try logging in again with a different username (email)
If you are certain that you or someone else has registered you for a Simployer course, and you don’t have multiple user profiles, please contact us so we can help you get started. Contact us at learn.norge@simployer.com or call +47 69 97 17 00 and press #3 for courses.
