Is there a place where a manager can see an overview of the actions agreed upon with the employee during a performance review, and their status? 

Such an overview can be found on the employee’s profile, whether it’s a task or a goal that was set during the conversation. These can also be viewed by entering the conversation and scrolling down to the relevant question.
