Take over conversations

A department has a new manager who will conduct employee conversations, but the conversation round was already sent out with the previous manager. How can the new manager take over the conversations?


Once the conversation round has been created and employees have been invited, it is not possible for the new manager to take over and continue those conversations. However, if the new manager is registered in the portal and has already been synced to Talent (this happens automatically), you can add the same employees again to the current conversation round. 
If the employees have not yet started, and will not start, the conversation with the previous manager, we recommend deleting those conversations. If anything has already been filled out, an evaluation should be made on whether to keep or delete the conversation. If deleted, it will be permanently removed.
