Make sure to plan well ahead for your internal communication about Employee Surveys! The information you need to provide is why and how you will start using Employee Surveys. The purpose is to ensure everyone feels comfortable and aligned with how you will work with the tool. Share the information in multiple channels, at various times to ensure the information reaches everyone.

Welcome email
A welcome email can be sent out to all users before you start asking questions. This email contains information about the tool, two test questions, and information about the mobile app. 

The welcome email can be sent out to all users at once by your contact person at Employee Surveys. Inform your contact person when and in which language you want the welcome email to be sent. 

You can send welcome emails separately to users that are added later on into the tool.
