If you want to have multiple values in the Size and Values function, you can create them via Administration in the left-hand menu → Fixed Registers → Sizes and Values.
This functionality is accessible to system administrators, who can create sizes and values, as well as decide who is allowed to enter values.
When creating a new value, you can choose whether it should be possible to enter free text or use predefined values.
If you want to allow free text input, leave the checkbox next to “Add values” unchecked.
If you want to create a predefined dropdown list, check the box next to “Add values”. This allows you to define a list of values from which users can choose when entering data for an employee.
Employees can add values to Sizes and Values only for those where you’ve granted them permission.
All values created in the register will be visible to the employee, even if they are not allowed to add or modify the values themselves.
Please note: the register will be the same across the entire organization.
